Excited for Audit plans

Our group JSS recently interviewed the CEO of Ammar's, Mr. Ammar Jr. This was such an honour as it is not everyday I get to meet someone of that status for my own links and not that of, say, my parents. He was a very cheerful person and I appreciate that he was interested in answering our questions. That makes me wonder... Is  that a sign that we really should go into auditing? We found it very satisfactory to learn about the company relationships, and not only Mr. Ammar but all the staff members of Ammar's seemed to be open and encouraged by our presence and purpose.

We have to work very hard at that purpose. Our aim is to ensure good employee to management relationships and overall beneficial internal communications on both levels. That means we will have to be very careful about what we say and how we present it to Mr. Ammar's. The Bible says an offended brother is the hardest to win over. As such, we have to make sure we present truthfully and accurately yet comfortingly to the CEO so as not to upset him and risk the job of staff members who we are also representing.

Here is a short but interesting video on communicating in the workplace. No doubt it will be one of many resources as we prepare ourselves for this audit.
