Body language is extremely important. I have been looking into it as a method to improve our audit presentation and not to give off the wrong signal or impression to anyone, whether it is our client or the panel of judges. It is also important to know though so that we can gauge our speech and reactions adequately in response to our audience. We never know if the straighten of the shoulder could mean 'Shut up' and that obedience may very well save us a grade as well as a good reputation in the audit industry in which we plan to enter soon.
I found a link to guide me in this learning proces..
